pyFreeSurfer is a Python module that can be used to play with anatomical data using FreeSurfer. This package offers:
- pyfreesurfer_reconall: FreeSurfer cortical and subcortical segmentation.
- pyfreesurfer_datacheck: check FreeSurfer 'reconall' produced data integrity.
- pyfreesurfer_conversion: convert FreeSurfer volume, mesh , annotations to the native space. The produced meshes will also be aligned across subjects.
- pyfreesurfer_qualitycheck: check FreeSurfer 'reconall' produced data quality.
- pyfreesurfer_stats: summarize the FreeSurfer 'reconall' individual statistics.
- pyfreesurfer_textures: build texture arrays aligned across subjects.
